Manager – New Business Development (Corporate Sales)

Job Description

  • Establish, build and maintain the relationship with clients / brokers
  • Understand the PMI (Private Medical Insurance) market dynamics and competition trends and present the yearly plan accordingly
  • Maintain healthy proper balanced sales pipeline.
  • Generate leads from all internal and external sources
  • Present Quarterly and yearly plan reflecting the funnel analysis and sales expectations
  • Prepare , explain and collect signed contracts from the new clients
  • Introduce new clients to Bupa Online services and collect the signed Web-Agreement or introduce the membership convenient channel
  • Ensures daily update on Bupa Arabia management system “Sage CRM”for all activities
  • Conduct product and service presentation to new clients
  • Resposible to solve client’s issues resulting from any function in the organization
  • To remain accessible for clients 24/7 for 365 days even during vacations to help clients

Skills

  • Minimum 3 years field experience
  • Ideally Bachelors degree educated from a recognized University
  • Sales and Negotiation courses
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Must have Excellent self-management, motivational, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
