Job Description:
To lead and manage complex medical engagement projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong project management skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
Project Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
Internal Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing between the internal team
- Develop and implement innovative engagement strategies, including advisory boards, speaker programs.
- Create periodic operational newsletters
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and other industry experts.
- Manage expectations and address concerns of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all project activities.
Skills
Skills:
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Experience in managing and implementing projects
- 2 years in Cost effectivness Management program is a plus
- Masters Degree – desirable
