Job Description
Promotes new concepts, processes and systems to improve service, reduce cost and support business growth by applying latest technologies, Lean methodologies and innovative change strategies to ensure the Company’s processes efficiency and effectiveness objectives are met.
Business Analysis
- Understand and assess the business change needs.
- Conduct analysis and research on business issues and feasibility studies
- Work with department representatives to identify and understand specific requirements of new systems and enhancements
- Capture, analyse and document requirements
- Work with business owners and delivery parties (if required) to develop optimal solutions. That includes process change and or use of technology.
- Draft business cases with department owners for approval per Bupa Arabia authority matrix.
Project Management
- Manage projects from inception to project closure.
- Develop project plan aligned with stakeholders and ensure its delivered On Time In Full (OTIF)
- Ensure post-implementation benefits realization are reported accurately and on timely manner.
Innovation
- Propose the use of technology innovatively to improve customer service, reduce cost and improve sales.
- Assess technologies which can support in the Digital transformation of the company.
- Implement approved ideas.
- Ensure that Bupa is ahead of competition in terms the use of technology (service perspective)
Skills
- Knowledge at the expert level of business analysis tools and techniques, business process re-engineering concepts, methodologies and techniques.
- Good knowledge and understanding of digital transformation concepts, methodologies and techniques
- Good Knowledge of Lean Transformation and change management practices
- Good Knowledge of project management process and techniques
- Effective communicate skills with technical and non-technical uses; good analytical and negotiation skills, and close attention to details
- Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivation skills
- Customer driven, quick learner, organized, problem solver, consultative and advisor
- Good command in English and Arabic both written and verbal.
