Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Enterprise Credit Analytics Manager is responsible to lead analytics and reporting efforts across multiple credit risk functions, including credit strategy, KYC & customer verification, and charge back operations. Will represent the Credit Risk department on cross-functional teams working on strategic projects impacting data management and analytics. Will support senior leadership with detailed analyses and reporting to ensure strategic and operational decisions are information-based.
Accountabilities:
Credit Risk Analysis
- Analyze unique internal and external data to gain deep business knowledge and insight on customer activity and usage behaviors and their relationships with fraud and credit risk
- Identify trends, patterns, procedural and strategic opportunities that will improve loss prevention, detection results, and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate, analyze and leverage a range of statistical measures to recommend, review and implement decisions that will have a positive impact on the P&L.
Credit Policy & Procedures
- Conduct analysis of current and historic data (e.g. authorizations, write off data, chargebacks) to keep our systems and processes at the cutting edge of risk analytics.
- Recommending adequate corporate/SME credit policy and procedures to close process gaps.
Systems & Technology Enhancements
- Perform analysis and enhance analytic tools to monitor portfolio credit risk and flag accounts for review and
- Engage in continuous efforts to enhance department initiatives.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Producing regular management reports timely and accurately
- Adaption proactive approach in reporting and monitoring
People Management & Customer Satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationship with all business departments
- Ensure utilizing team capabilities, knowledge, and engagement in supporting Credit Dept main objectives

Other Requirements
- Expertise in manipulating and analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets using SAS/SQL is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics
