Job Description
The role of Digital Solutions Program Manager focuses on driving business growth through strategic and tactical cost & effective innovative digital solutions.
To act as the strategic interface between the business and digital
- Plan and execute the Digital Strategy that allows overall business growth
- Spend time with key business stakeholders, generating a solid understanding of their business
- Participate fully in the management team meetings and decision making for the business, providing not only the digital expert input but also engaging in the broader business debate
To prioritize the digital demand (PID) coming from all business areas.
- Maintain a strategic plan and budget, including the detail of planning assumptions and scheduling
- Partner with the digital factory & technology units as project delivery to ensure that business needs are prioritized effectively
- Conduct rigorous and regular portfolio planning and analysis to be sure that the digital project portfolio is well prioritized
- Agree a proportionate and sensible risk profile for the digital project portfolio
- Analyze the cost/benefit of all new initiatives
To consult with the business, adding value through innovation
- Research best practice processes and digital solutions from outside BUPA Arabia, share conclusions and make recommendations to incorporate this best practice into business thinking
- Generate stretching ideas that move the business agenda forwards through innovative digital solutions
To set up digital programs for success
- Manage expectations, in terms of timelines, quality and cost, setting clear realistic and achievable milestones and targets for delivery
- Manage the matrix effectively, build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders
- To ensure that all pre-project business analyses and other activities necessary to build Business Cases are in place.
- Conduct Post Implementation Review to ensure program/project objectives has been met
Skills
- Good knowledge and 3 years of experiences managing large programs.
- Previous experience working with/managing activities of multiple vendors at the same time;
- Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing business partners and key stakeholders required.
- Solid agile experience and digital experience
- Strong background in digital business analysis and/or system analysis
- Ability to develop innovative methodologies and solutions to difficult Insurance problems and projects required.
- Strong customer orientation and focus
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in one of the technologies CRM / E-Commerce /ERP/ HRMS /RPA & Automation /BPM is a plus
- Experience in investigation in blockchain/IoT and coordination of projects in area;
- Technical experience is a plus
