Job Description

  • Responsible for initiating the techniques to drive prospects to Bupa Arabia website.
  • Manage relevant stakeholders to continually increase conversion rates by evolving site usability and optimizing the proposition and promotions opportunities.
  • Identify new areas of opportunity beyond current organizational thinking.
  • Oversee the customer support function with the ability to build a team based on business needs.
  • Foster a positive, creative, and technologically inspiring team environment.
  • Coach and develop associates to meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Define, report, and interpret analytic results.
  • Leverage analytical insights to drive effective decisions regarding site functionality enhancements for increased sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth implementation and commercialization of all new online features and products in the local market.
  • Drive best in class customer experience via strong SLA and data measurement with strong focus on selling and service culture.
  • Ensure that the set objectives with the Digital Sales team are followed and measured semi-annually and by year end according to HR policy; hence, evaluate each team member and give feedback accordingly.
  • Conduct one to one review with Digital Sales team to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide improvement insights.

Skills

 

 

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations management or e-commerce Site Operations (Preferred) with solid experience in analytics, Managing Projects and managing projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with site functionality and/or end-user experience in a transactional environment
  • People Management Experience - Effective manager of people with strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Ability to manage a diverse team and create an environment where associates are motivated to deliver high quality results
  • Self-starter who is passionate about achieving aggressive growth targets
