Job Description
Implementation of Digital Health Initiatives and Clinical Horizon Scanning:
- Assist in the development and execution of the digital health initiatives and strategy
- Coordinate with clinical and IT teams to implement digital solutions
- Evaluate user feedback to improve digital health services continuously
- Horizon scanning for digital health solutions in clinical settings and the most updated trends in healthcare digital solutions
- Assessment with IT for digital health solutions for inclusion for the digital first agenda and support with implementation and deployment of selected solutions
- Identify different AI uses in healthcare and work towards implementing AI solutions across the clinical and medical areas
Support for Clinical Pathway Development :
- Collaborate with clinical teams to establish and refine clinical pathways for chronic and non-chronic diseases
- Focus on digitalization of all clinical pathways to ensure the digital first agenda is implemented across all the clinical pathways
- Monitor adherence to pathways and gather feedback for improvements
- Assist in training staff on clinical pathway protocols
Support of Clinical Services Operations:
- Support the day-to-day operations of telehealth services and all clinical services, ensuring quality and accessibility
- Scanning and implementation for latest advances and technologies in telehealth and clinical services
- Provide support and training for physicians using telehealth platforms on latest technologies
- Analyze telehealth performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and digitalization
- Analyze physicians' capacity utilization and implement AI solutions to support increasing utilization across all clinical areas
- Analyze and report KPIs related to clinical services utilization and channels of booking and implement tools to improve utilization
- Support on achieving 80% physicians' capacity utilization
- Implantation of AI solutions to improve efficiency and productivity across all clinical areas within the medical department
Population Health Management Support:
- Assist in developing population health programs to address community health needs.
- Collaborate with community organizations to implement health initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data on health trends to inform program development.
Collaboration Across Departments:
- Facilitate communication between medical, operational, IT and administrative teams
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to promote integrated care delivery and digital health agenda
- Provide clinical insights to support operational decisions
Monitoring and Reporting of Quality Metrics:
- Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital health and population management.
- Development of AI analysis tools for measuring performance of clinical areas and services supporting or interacting with clinical areas
- Regularly assess and report on quality metrics and patient outcomes.
- Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Report KPIs for the medical department bi-weekly for the leadership and the KPIs monitoring dashboard
- Work with different teams on the central command center monitoring KPIs for the digital health
Skills
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in healthcare data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technologies.
- Basic project management skills.
Managerial Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on quality improvement
Requirements:
- Medical Degree from an accredited medical school
- Experience in managing telehealth services or clinical pathway development is a plus.
- Advanced degree in healthcare related field and digital health related field is preferable
