Manager – Digital Marketing

Job Description

To focus on developing and overseeing all aspects of the organization's digital marketing activities, and representing the organization at relevant industry trade shows, designing unique plans for the digital sales channel, individual products, and overseeing and analyzing new product launches and platform performance.

Understanding of the Industry, Regulators and Competition

  • Raise the overall digital marketing knowledge and capabilities of the digital platforms by managing the digital training and educate internal team members on digital best practices, processes and internal digital capabilities
  • Roll-out, support, explore new marketing opportunities
  • Share monthly news letter on digital marketing updates
  • Conduct bi yearly subject workshops
  • Invite industry guest speakers as applicable

Initiative Execution

  • Manage the development and execution of tailor made digital marketing activities with digital sales to drive further channel awareness and conversion
  • Develop digital tools & communication yearly calendar to support delivering commercial objectives (impressions and conversion)
  • Implement an effective digital platform including websites, blog, social networks, email marketing and mobile (BTB & BTC) to increase Bupa services awareness

Segment Reporting

  • Measure the effectiveness of the digital campaigns and compare efficiency of different channels and methodologies.
  • Share monthly quarterly updates with top management with detailed KPI's and success measures for the digital activities

Effective communication

  • Work on developing new ideas for customer specific initiatives that drives competitive advantage
  • Alignment with digital sales and marcomm teams on channel communication content and key visuals
  • Daily follow up, communication and  interaction with agencies

Marketing support 

  • Optimize segment spending and share detailed ROI assessment
  • Negotiate with agencies for best prices
  • Align and work with procurement and media buying to ensure best deals and quality of work and material
  • Share a monthly update on delivery of services and products highlighting commercial impact.
