Job Description
A. ROLE PURPOSE:
Lead and organize continuous improvement within Claims Management to step change Processing Cycle, SOP, Individuals Performance, Efficiencies and Productivities.
B. KEY TASKS:
1- Describe in details how the procedure/process is being carried out; considering the list of steps in a chronological order.
2- Lean the processes across identified areas of opportunities affect the performance within Claims.
3- Works with cross-functional teams in order to identify and implement best practices, process improvements and actions that will deliver improvements in business performance.
4- Maintain Executive Dashboard, Performance & Utilization Reports.
5- Monitor batches submission (from providers); and communicate non-compliant providers with PR team on monthly basis in order to ensure providers compliance.
6- Identify and document opportunities for process/system enhancment after aligning with the concern stakeholders; and execute process/ system improvement changes to get better process effectiveness and efficiency
