Job Description
Role Purpose:
To control Bupa Arabia banks accounts to ensure smooth operations by managing the cash flow, maintaining bank accounts, and building a healthy relation with all banks.
Cash Management and Reporting
- Oversee daily cash management activities
- Monitoring the execution of funding and payments on a daily basis
- Prepare daily cash position
- Coordinate with investment team in the required cash flow
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly cash flow forecast
- Analyze the monthly cash flow and understand the main contributor of Cash in/out
- Responsible for reviewing the bank reconciliation
- Managing bank operation accounting entries
Bank Relations
- Manage bank relations to establish strong network and to ensure smooth operation
- Review banks agreements and arrangement and provide proper recommendation to the management
- Review agreement and facility terms and conditions
- Actively participate in negotiation with different banks on any provided services
Policy, Procedure and Authority Matrix
- Review and improve the current process and procedure
- Prepare the policy for the treasury function
- Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes
- Manage the DOA (Board resolution/Bank Mandate) and ensuring authority is reflected properly in all bank accounts
- Review the Authority Matrix and Bank Mandate on an on-going basis and propose any required enhancement
Transformation
- Review, implement and monitor the electronic banking offered by different banks from time to time.
- Review, recommend and implement process improvement in treasury function
- Lead the digital transformation of the treasury function to the new system
Team Management
- Manage and monitor the bank operation team outcomes
- Ensure proper coaching and development of the team members
Skills
