Job Description
Application Support:
- Execute all levels of support requests in Service Desk
- Manage streamlining of end user requests to CRs/PIDs
- Coordinate with internal departments and end users to ensure that users are trained properly on the system fucntions.
- Prepare and update CRM training materials with modern technologies and method and ensure training materials are published on secure channels and accessible to end users.
- Manage CRM knowledge base and ensure updates whenever there is change and accessble to end users and departments
Business Analysis & Documentation:
- Identify and recommend innovative customizations and solutions to meet user requirements.
- Assist end users to improve the efficiency and effectiveness by providing best practice busienss applications and functionalities
- Support and prioritize system activities through cross functional coordination
- Assist in the development of business cases for initiatives which reduce cost, improve service or otherwise improve profitability
- Participate in mapping business processes and change management controls
Project Support:
- Support project implementation in assessing business and supplier readiness through logistical support
- Report post-implementation benefits accurately
- Ensure project plan documentation for all projects and systems initiated by business units including action points, timelines and sign-off responsibilities
- Support in comprehensive test cases/scenarios to ensure new systems developments and fixes are adequately tested to ensure correct implementation
- Identify, correct and test all system errors ahead of implementation
- Prepare and communicate projects and system status reports
- Document and archive the final version of any system projects documentation for review
Innovation & Capacity Planning:
- Propose innovative technology for cost reduction and enhanced customer experience
- Support in research and analysis for use of technology to help ensure the lead in service against competition
- Prepare overall project and resource requirements in coordination with department management for key and cross functional projects
Skills
- Good background in CRM system functional and technical areas
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM implementation
- Knowledge of .NET framework 4.5 or above development including AJAX, JQuery, Node.js, .Net Core, MVC, Angular.js, Web API, Design Patterns, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL including writing T-SQL queries, SQL Server Agent, stored procedures, triggers, SSRS and SSIS.
- Preferred experience in technology related operations, processes and procedures
