· Responsible for software data extraction (MS Access and Cognos) · Responsible for problem solving and overcoming difficult challenges in gathering and compiling data |

· Maintain softwares to facilitate and generate queries · Maintaining and assiting in finalizing reports · As needed, analyze weekly and monthly reports, focusing on notifying team leader for any discrepancies · Support in developing and presenting oral, written and graphic presentations that convey complex data in an accessible and understandable manner to a wide variety of audiences · Works with the Analytics Manager and other technical teams to ensure data from all sources is available |

· Support in understanding business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions · Work with the Analytics manager and the technical team to implement data strategies, build data flows and develop conceptual data models. · Support design reviews and code walkthroughs to ensure high quality deliverables |

· Maintain KPI dashboards and reports where possible (daily, weekly and monthly). This includes updating HCO’s live command center or dashboard screens daily. · Audit data quality, consistency, and integrity of the data inputted by the team · Collaboration with other departments and functions to coordinate and prepared reports and monitor trends · Work under minimum supervision to perform a variety of complicated tasks · Ad hoc analysis on as needed basis |

· Report on the outcomes of all members engaged in HCO services by supporting in linking cross functional processes · Monitor key health outcomes and help team leaders drive better health outcomes · Help organize the HCO team in terms of execution · Support the HCO Analytic Manager in providing consistent reports related to health outcomes · Able to support in compiling reports needed by HCO and its team leaders · Ability to liase and follow-up with different team members to ensure data and execution quality is maintained · Referring any cases or calls to team leaders or doctors if necessary |

· Participate the facilitation of innovation opportunity programs inclusive of meeting facilitation, program content, and pre/post team communication in coordination with the HCO Data Analytics Manager · Drive alignment between HCO Teams to improve healthcare service delivery & report on any bottlenecks to resolve · Report on the status of the resolution of any bottlenecks in maintaining operational efficiency · Identify opportunities for improved healthcare outcomes through changes in HCO service delivery and contribution to member satisfaction |
Skills
Education:
- Minimum requirement is university BS degree in Business, Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science or MIS
- Any programing, database design or analysis certification is a plus
Years of Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Programing, MIS, data analysis, or healthcare organization/data reporting.
Experience:
- Experience with Data visualization, Cognos Frameworks, OLAP, and Tableau is a plus.
- Healthcare organization experience is a plus (understanding health related terms, dashboards,)
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access,PowerPoint, and Word)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must
- Able to multitask and work well under stress
- Strong trouble shooting, problem-solving and analytical skills; Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Comfortable working interdependently with the manager
- Analytical and logical thinking with math skills is a must
