Job Description
Role Purpose:
Leading the collection team in managing and overseeing the collection in accordance to our policies, process, and credit control. Liaison with Credit Control to forecast collection on monthly basis in order to achieve required collection. Manage lead chaser team to ensure daily leads are being generated to all sales team in the kingdom that can lead to a 20% conversion ratio of success sales compared to leads generated.
Accountabilities:
Monitor Debtor report
- Review debtor report on daily basis to arrange communication with clients for past dues and forthcoming instalments
- Lead the weekly debtors meeting with collection team to ensure collection targets are met
- Follow up on the warnings issued to clients and ensure collection
- Laisse with credit control about monthly collection forecasts
Ensuring Receivables & Lead Chaser Targets are Achieved
- To ensure that the team achieved their set targets (Daily / Monthly / Yearly)
- Monitor preformance on daily basis
Sales Administration process cycle
- Ensure that the collection team are updating SAGE (CRM) of all activities made by collection team under each account
- Ensure that the lead chasing team are assigning the leads on SAGE (CRM) to regional managers
Team Management Liaise
- Motivate collection and lead chaser team
- Provide ongoing training and coaching for current new joiners
- Manage a professional and effective relationship with sales team and finance department
- Measure team performance with appropriate metrics
People Management
- Promote a teamwork environment
- Manage the collection and lead chaser team
- Ensure set objectives are followed and measured semi annually
- Manage head count phasing as per AOP
- Coach and mentor as necessary to ensure team are performing as per the set objectives and targets
Compliance
- Ensure complaince with credit control policy
- Follow Bupa Values, policies and procedures
- Rules of engagement with brokers / clients as per the agreed protocol
Skills
Experience Fields
- Fluent in English/Arabic and and very good computer literate (Word & Excel)
- Eexcellent communication skills Written/Oral
- Excellent managerial and team leading skills
Years of Experience
- 3-5 years as team leader
- Finance related experience is a plus
Education
Business Administration / Finance / or related field
