Role Purpose:
The primary objective of costumer engagement Specialist is to effectively communicate and promote our health insurance services by educating the member about the convenience and benefits of our tele-health and program within our health insurance plan.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Outbound calls;
- Conduct engaging and persuasive phone outreaching targeting sample of the eligible population for the telemedicine consultation
- Present Tele consultations benefits and Health program focusing on the convenience and accessibility
- Enroll the Member to the program
2- Client Education;
- Offer Detailed information about tele consultation services available within our health insurance plans
- Emphasize tele consultations suitability for routine check ups, minor ailments, and initial consultations
3- Tailored communication;
- Customize phone communication strategies to resonate with diverse demographics
- Articulate tele consultation benefits in relatable terms to engage with potential client effectively
4- Engagement and support;
- Proactively engage individual via phone, addressing inquiries and encouraging exploration of tele consultation option within our health insurance plan
- Provide guidance and support for clients to initiate and utilize tele consultation seamlessly
5- Feedback collection and documentation;
- Gather feedback from individuals reached via phone regarding their awareness and perception of tele consultation services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback received and campaign details

Education
Bachelor's of Business Administration, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related major
