Job Description
To create customer demand for Bupa products that results in increased sales and competitiveness in the market by supporting the segment manager in improving existing or new marketing initiatives and reporting
Understanding the Industry, Regulators and Competition
- Share segment insights covering current business performance, challenges and market opportunities with the business team with recommended next steps/actions
- Understanding the industry regulations and constraints
- Understanding competitor offering and different segments and channels
- Category and consumer behavior understanding, triggers and barriers
Initiative Execution
- Manage the development on segment related marketing initiatives
- Manage the relationship with key stakeholders (customer, sales, activation)
- Develop yearly customer marketing calendar
- Deploy yearly IMP with key stakeholders
- Manage segment budget planning and segment allocation
Segment Reporting
- Manage business KPI and budget updates and reporting
- Manage monthly/quarterly review with top management
- Monitor and analyze KPI's and success measures for the activities.
- Measure the effectiveness of the campaigns and compare efficiency of different channels and methodologies.
Effective communication
- Work on developing new ideas for customer specific initiatives that drives competitive advantage and review it on a quarterly basis
- Conduct a monthly alignment with cross functional teams with clear initiative implementation and budget tracking
Marketing support spend
- Ensure effective delivery of services and products
- Optimize segment spending
