Job Description
- Role is hybrid between Collection function and Credit Control responsibilities and duties; reporting to the Sr. Manager – Collection Services.
- Maintain company cash flow position by assisting the Collection team (internal staff & external agencies) in achieving Central and Eastern regions monthly/annual targets.
- Manage the relationship of key, mega, governmental and sensitive accounts effectively through customized services, structured visits, addressing customer issues, invoice reconciliation, and alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Manage, control, and apply approved Credit Control policy within the agreed KPI timeframe.
- Manage Finance Operations & Reporting regional employees by ensuring daily duties/objectives are maintained promptly.
- Deliver performance management reporting bundles with highest level of accuracy and quality with all stakeholders.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English). Preference shall be given to those from Financial/Insurance institutions background – 5 years+.
- Advanced MIS, Analytics, Accounting/Finance, Presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business or Risk Management from a reputable University.
