- Assists in data collection, cleaning, and pre-processing
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, and forecast capacity
- Develop machine learning models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Experience in writing SQL, and using programming languages such as Python and R
- Assists in designing, developing, and maintaining reports and visual dashboards using IBM Cognos, Power BI and Tableau
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources
- Create and maintain low-code/no-code internal tools developed in Microsoft Power Platform
- Perform analysis and exploration on data to aid in decision-making processes
- Document processes and maintain detailed records of reports, dashboards, and analyses
