Handling Alerts :
- SIEM Alerts need to be close withing orgnization SLA by preforming analysis on the logs
- SAMA Alerts need to preform the required action (Mitigation, set defence layer, preforming security scan check)
- Handling Phishing/Spam Emails that causing threat to the orgnization
- Handling alerts triggred by malware detection
Develop the Controls to meet the detection expectation:
- You will need to feed the admin on regard of the logic of the use-case is detecting as expected or it need to be fine-tune
- Enhancing the system feature to detect miss behavior/malwares/suspicious activities, etc.
- Having understanding of network and how controles being implemented.
Incident handling support
- Use casse/rule tuning recommendations
- Testing and maintenance of response procedure
- Participate in lessons learned workshoops
Use third party toolsets to assist with the identification of security threats , apply various techniques to identify and track CYBER THREATS and analyze various data sources related to security events :
- Use SIEM technology to invistagte alert that being detected
- Monitor, triage, communicationion with other teams.
- Familier with EDR solutions
- Use of email analysis tools
Perform security technical techniques :
- Perform analysis method of attack or threat
- Perform analysis of actor or object of the attack threat
- Perform analysis of known targets and purpose of the attach threat
- Understand of MITRE Attack.
Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance operations.
