وصف الوظيفة
- Plan and execute the sales activities to achieve set targets in line with AOP.
- Search for new leads by different sources (Net - calls - territory Management - Referrals - CRM … etc)
- Ensure submitting the quotation within department KPI's (72 hours).
- Ensure high standard written correspondences in Arabic & English
- Track all sales stages from identification of prospect, calls, meetings, follow-ups, pricing and agreement signature,
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors' practices and pass on the intelligence to retail sales management.
- Ensure premium collection according to Finance policy.
- Ensure Preimum collection in accordance to BA credit control policy.
- Ensure that the daily sales report is sent to the Team Leader
- Ensure that a monthly report of all the accounts that have been won & lost
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors move
- Meet minimum weekly sales call standards and complete all reporting, forecasting in a timely manner
- Ensure daily and weekly update for the month forecasting & send it on a weekly bases
- Update the forecast on CRM
- Ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the interaction during the introduction
المهارات
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant major.
- Fresh graduate up to 5 years experience in sales or any relevant function.
- Ability to conduct business in English language.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills.
