Senior Manager - Procurement

Responsible for ensuring that the organization obtains quality products for competitive prices in a timely fashion, while maintaining stakeholders’ satisfaction. Develop and administrate all procurement related activities for the company. Ensures that all departments have a very clear strategy when purchasing goods and services. Set policies for purchasing that take into account budgets, stock requirements, and skills required.

1- Improvement:

• Improve, develop and execute strategies for all purchasing channels.
• Look for new competent/qualified vendors to establish long term relationships with.
• Manage the entire supply chain cycle and notify management in case of any potential obstacles.
• Review and update the Procurement Policy and procedures on an annual basis to improve overall process efficiency. 

2- Supervision:

• Supervise and delegate tasks to the purchasing team.
• Review and approve purchase orders for goods and services.

3- Negotiation:

• Negotiate with external vendors to acquire beneficial terms and conditions.

4- Savings:

• Control and track major expenses to improve overall savings.

5- Internal Customer Satisfaction:

• Align and collaborate with all stakeholders to have a clear requirement for all current and future needs.
