Provider Capability Compliance is a key enabler in order to achieve Bupa Arabia vision. The position plays an important role in driving the execution of identified key projects that supports the Provider Capability Compliance enabler and other key business priorities.
Claims Efficiency:
- Orient the providers to comply with the implementation of claims efficiency initiatives
- Assist in implementing practical tools to support project deployment and on-going activation
Provider Process Efficiency:
Accountable for high quality Process Optimization and Instrumentation of all facets concept through design to release and into execution
Reporting & Documentation:
- Develop and maintain documentation on Bupa initiatives ie systems integration (Nphies, DHS, Direct).
- Measure and report program results, while iterating on program changes to optimize results
Project support:
- Support manager during project implementation by providing logistical and planning support
- Ensure post-implementation benefits realisation are reported accurately and on timely manner
Innovation:
- Propose the use of technology innovatively to improve process efficiency and reduce cost
- Implement approved ideas by the business on time and within budget
Internal and external Communication:
Develop and maintain documentation on Bupa initiatives ie systems integration (Nphies).
