Provide strategic leadership for the establishment, growth, and operational excellence of Home Healthcare services by ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and continuous service improvement.
Commissioning & Operational Setup:
· Lead the establishment and operational launch of Home Healthcare services, ensuring the operating model, governance framework, care pathways, and service design support safe, scalable, and patient-centered care delivery.
· Secure all regulatory approvals, licensing, governance, and operational readiness, ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies before service launch.
Develop and implement operational policies, clinical pathways, and service standards that standardize care delivery, support quality outcomes, and ensure consistent operational performance
Home Healthcare Operations:
· Direct day-to-day Home Healthcare operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered service delivery while maintaining continuity of care across all clinical services.
· Monitor operational, financial, quality, and patient experience KPIs, taking timely actions to improve productivity, clinical outcomes, service quality, and operational performance.
· Optimize workforce deployment and resource utilization, ensuring appropriate staffing, scheduling, and operational capacity to meet patient demand cost-effectively.
Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining high-quality care, effective risk management, and adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.
Capability Building:
· Support to attract, develop, and retain qualified clinical and operational talent for future growth.
· Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and a culture focused on patient-centered care and operational excellence.
· Establishing clear objectives, coach leaders, and develop future capabilities through continuous learning initiatives.
Foster an engaged and inclusive workplace culture, strengthening employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, retention, and organizational performance.
Digital Enablement & Technology:
· Lead the adoption and optimization of Home Healthcare technology platforms, ensuring digital solutions effectively support clinical operations, patient care, and business performance.
· Ensure effective system integration and data governance, maintaining secure, reliable, and compliant information management across healthcare and operational systems.
· Utilize digital reporting and performance dashboards to support informed decision-making, operational oversight, and continuous performance improvement.
· Drive digital innovation and process automation, improving operational efficiency, patient experience, and scalability through technology-enabled solutions.
· Ensure workforce, technology, equipment, and infrastructure readiness by coordinating resource planning, digital capabilities, medical equipment, and operational preparedness for successful service activation.
Partnerships & Vendor Management:
· Develop and manage strategic relationships with external partners and service providers, ensuring collaboration supports service quality, business continuity, and organizational objectives.
· Oversee vendor governance, contracts, and SLA performance, ensuring partners consistently deliver agreed service levels, quality standards, and commercial value.
· Ensure regulatory, contractual, and organizational compliance, proactively managing vendor risks while maintaining patient safety and operational resilience.
· Drive continuous improvement with strategic partners, identifying opportunities to enhance service quality, innovation, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.
· Continuous Improvement:
· Develop and launch the Home Healthcare strategic roadmap, aligning operational priorities with organizational goals, market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and future growth plans.
· Monitor business performance through KPIs and operational analytics, identifying improvement opportunities and enabling data-driven decision-making across the function.
· Lead operational excellence and cost optimization initiatives, improving productivity, resource utilizations, service quality, and financial sustainability through continuous improvement.
· Identify growth opportunities and lead service expansion initiatives, supporting innovation, new care models, and the development of scalable Home Healthcare services
المهارات
· 10+ years of experience specifically in running and operating Home Healthcare (HHC) services.
· Deep understanding of home healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
· Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
· Expertise in operational planning, budgeting, and resource management.
· Proficiency in healthcare technology systems and digital health tools.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive evidence‑based decisions.
· High level of adaptability, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking.
· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, or a related clinical field.
· Master’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent is preferred.
· Progressive experience in managing home healthcare operations or community-based healthcare services.
· Proven track record in commissioning home healthcare services, including licensing and operational setup.
· Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, clinical operations, and large-scale service delivery.
· Strong background in partner/vendor management, SLA oversight, and operational performance improvement.
